Carli Windsor has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing at Presto Packaging Solutions, which has opened a New York City based corporate office. She will lead the sales and marketing team in North America, and will focus on re-branding and introducing the state-of-the-art beauty and skin care manufacturer and supplier. Windsor joins the company with nearly 12 years of cosmetics and skin care industry experience.
